This colorful paste is super easy to make and fun for children or sophisticated for a special dinner with your partner. Give color and flavor to your pasta with this recipe. Keep in mind that although water and oil are measured in milliliters or centiliters, in this case you will have to take the measurements with a balance to know their grams, since what we want is for each of the colors to add 150 grams. Ingredients

 

For pasta

 

  • 300 g of wheat semolina flour
  •  

Orange color

 

  • 70 g of carrots
  •  

  • 20 g of olive oil
  •  

  • 60 g of water
  •  

Green color

 

  • 90 g of spinach
  •  

  • 20 g of olive oil
  •  

  • 40 g of water
  •  

Violet color

 

  • 20 g of olive oil
  •  

  • 70 g of beet or beet
  •  

  • 60 g of water
  •  

Step by step development

 

1. To make the colored paste , the first thing you should do is place the three color ingredients you choose in a blender and mix very well until it is liquid.

 

2. Now pour the liquid into a container and reserve. Clean the blender and perform the same procedure with another color and so on.

 

3. When you have the liquids of the three colors, you will have to mix each of them with 300g of wheat semolina flour.

 

4. Knead very well until it integrates perfectly and let each homemade colored pasta stand for 30 minutes.

 

5. After this period of time, flour a table and stretch each of the doughs with a rolling pin.

 

6. Fold each sheet of pasta on itself about 10 times to achieve maximum elasticity. If you own a pasta maker , use it to simplify this process.

 

7. When you have achieved a 3 mm thick dough, cut the fettuccine paste .
