Vegetarian lentil burgers, step by step recipe

I often write delicious recipes but full of calories, so today I thought of sharing something much healthier for those who are dieting, whether vegetarian or even adore these supernutritive legumes [19459005 ].   • 360g of lentils

  • 1 onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 red pepper

  • Ground black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

Step by step development


  1. Place the lentils in water and let them soak for at least 12 hours to soften.

  3. Strain, wash them well and drain again. Place them inside a processor or crush them with a potato step .
